Arathi H N (b 1966), a media person/poet, writes in Kannada and lives in Bengaluru, India. She has two Masters degrees, one in Communication and the other in Literature. She has two poetry collections, a play and two books of translation from English to Kannada. Arathi has participated in National and International poetry and media festivals. Her poems have been translated into Malayalam, Tamil, Bengali, English and Slovenian languages. Arathi`s poems have been published in major news papers and magazines including `The Journal of the Poetry Society` (India). She is a Senior Producer working with the government-owned Television Media. She has two state awards for her poetry collections to her credit. A quiz show directed by her figures in the Limca Book of Records as the longest running quiz show.
