Aniruddha Sen Gupta is the author of a couple of children's books, a graphic guidebook on environmental matters, and a handful of stories in anthologies. Like many authors, he finds the publishing world opaque and impenetrable, but is keen to understand it better, if not for any other reason at least for his own peace of mind. Fuelled by his interest in comics of all types, he is leading an initiative called Graphic Books Goa, which aims to build a community of readers and practitioners of this captivating literary form.
