Naomi Wolf is an author, social critic, and political activist. Her landmark international bestseller, The Beauty Myth, challenged the cosmetics industry and the marketing of unrealistic standards of beauty, launching a new wave of feminism in the early 1990s. Her latest book, Vagina: A New Biography, was an iTunes bestseller as an audiobook. Naomi is a regular columnist for The Guardian US and Project Syndicate, and a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, The Washington Post and Harper’s Bazaar. A graduate of Yale and a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford, Naomi is a co-founder of The Woodhull Institute for Ethical Leadership, which teaches leadership to young women, and The American Freedom Campaign, a grassroots democracy movement in the United States. With a team of collaborators, she launched the website, Daily Cloudt, designed to help people build political clout and increase their activism.
