Anya Gupta is Editor of The Captainship. The Captainship is a book of short autobiographies of nine first-gen Indian entrepreneurs, among India’s most respected for their value-based approach to organization building.
The entrepreneurs include Ashish Gupta (Junglee/Helion), Sanjeev Aggarwal (Daksh/Helion), Sanjeev Bikhchandani (Naukri), Subroto Bagchi (Mindtree), Zia Mody (AZB), Ashish Dhawan (ChrysCapital), Vijay Sharma (One97), Satya Narayanan (CareerLauncher), and Girish Batra (NetAmbit).
Anya has also worked at Helion Venture Partners as a researcher and at IBM as a programmer for logistics clients. Anya completed an MBA at MIT Sloan, a BA in Economics at the University of Virginia, and high school at Connelly School of the Holy Child.
